Southern Sun is equipped with a FLIGHTCELL DZM satellite telephone and tracking unit, a magnificent, integrated unit mounted as part of the radio stack. Tracking and Iridium satellite service is provided by TRACPLUS, which includes the map above, which updates every couple of minutes so Southern Sun can be followed in flight anywhere on the planet. Great for watching from home, but also a wonderful safety feature.
