Nouveau Southern Sun

The New Southern Sun - it seemed appropriate, if only to me, that on the 36th anniversary of Australia 2 winning the America’s Cup back in 1983, that a new boat, the second Southern Sun was launched, christened, blessed and first got wet on the mighty River Volga in the heartland of Mother Russia… As I travel back to Russia to be reunited exactly a month later on 26 Oct, let this post be somewhat of a test before posts start in earnest next week, with more on the SeaBear Southern Sun and most importantly - the next adventure.

The christening was completed with some splash’n’go’s down on the Volga… then stepping ashore with dry feet a wonderful feature.
